WHAT DOES THE TELEMEDICAL EXPEDITION PACKAGE INCLUDE?

➤ online training "High Altitude First Aid" (3-month access, certificate)

➤ instructions for assembling an expedition first aid kit along with necessary prescriptions (Poland)

➤ advice regarding reported chronic illnesses

➤ list of recommended laboratory tests, imaging studies, and vaccinations

➤ acclimatization scheme

➤ oxygen support plan

➤ three teleconsultations during the expedition: assessment of health issues and recommendations for treatment / modification of the acclimatization plan / necessity to descend
