STAGES OF TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION:

1. Online training – High-altitude first aid: After purchase, the participant automatically receives a three-month access to a 2.5-hour educational video dedicated to high-altitude first aid.

2. Practical tasks to be completed at home: The participant automatically receives practical tasks to complete independently. After completing them, the answers should be sent to the address: doctor@medeverest.com.

3. Online meeting: After receiving the answers to the tasks, the doctor schedules a 1-hour online meeting, during which he clarifies doubts and answers participants' questions.

4. Practical training in the field (approximately 7–9 hours): After completing the preparatory part, a day of intensive training in the field takes place, during which all topics are practiced practically. The training is conducted in small groups – a maximum of 3 people, ensuring an individual approach and high quality of learning.

FIELD TRAINING:

RESCUE AND SURVIVAL IN HIGH MOUNTAINS

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

The training is aimed at high-altitude tourists, climbers, mountaineers, mountain runners, trekking and expedition leaders, high-altitude guides, and all people actively spending time in high mountains away from civilization,who want to acquire practical rescue skills in real terrain conditions, not in a classroom.

Classes are conducted in a small group, allowing for intensive work and individual approach. The training is fully practical and focuses on actions that can realistically save health and life in the mountains.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN DURING THE TRAINING?

➤ practical use of medical equipment and medications in a personal first aid kit

➤ assessing the condition of the injured

➤ providing first aid for altitude sickness and injuries

➤ improvising rescue equipment from available resources

➤ methods of transporting an injured person

➤ planning effective acclimatization schemes

➤ connecting and operating an oxygen set

➤ administering dexamethasone intramuscularly and intranasally

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STAGES OF THE TRAINING?

To make the most of the time spent in the field, the training has been designed as a process consisting of fourcomplementary stages,which thoroughly prepare the participant for practical actions.
